Close to the sea.

Nice restaurant area.
Check-in process is self check-in which is not a problem but the gentleman at the reception treated us in a rude manner not even explaining the process properly. He seemed rude and unpleasant to talk to. Other ladies at the reception were kind and nice to talk to and gave more detailed instructions about the hotel rules.
Bar all inclusive has got its rules, which you need to find out yourself. No instructions given.

The place is clean and the location is brilliant.
For a cheap all inclusive in October the hotel price was very good .
The cleaning staff and reception staff are great and happy to accommodate requests, thanks to xisca and Christine especially.
With a few improvements on the rooms and better food options for the evening meal then it would improve the place massively as it’s prime location for everything.
Evening meal was very basic and needs more options, rooms let the hotel down as we had to move as some are so outdated that they’d be classed as 1 star
