We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Club Es Talaial. The hotel had a lovely relaxed family atmosphere, with great facilities and plenty to keep the children entertained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we loved how convenient the location was, with shops, restaurants and beaches all within easy walking distance. The best beach, in our opinion, was actually the one closest to the hotel! Overall, it was a lovely family holiday and we would happily return.
The main things we didn’t like were the ants in our ground-floor apartment, which was quite annoying. We felt the rooms could also benefit from some resealing and general maintenance. The air conditioning worked very well, perhaps a little too well, as the room became quite cold, and the heating option felt more like air conditioning. Once we turned it off, however, the temperature was comfortable.
We also found the food options quite pork-focused, which limited our choices. It would have been great to have more chicken, beef and lamb options available throughout the stay, rather than mainly seeing these choices on our final day. It would also have been really helpful if all food had been clearly labelled with its ingredients, so guests could easily identify what each dish contained and make informed choices.
