About this house rental

Located in San Antonio, this charming house for $120 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The first floor consists of large living room with a TV and a formal dining area, spacious kitchen, powder room and a mini 'gym' with basic equipment. The second floor has an entertainment room with a Projector with a 150" screen, reclining seats and surround sound. Futon in the entertainment room can be converted to a bed. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed with tempur- pedic mattress. The master bathroom has a tub and shower separately. The other three bedrooms comes with queen size beds. The guest bathroom has a combination tub and shower. A laundry room comes with a a washer and dryer unit. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. And if that is not enough the sofa downstairs converts into a full size sleeper The back yard is spacious with a covered patio, that is perfect for relaxing with your family and company! BBQ grill is in the back yard for your use. There is also ample shade from the trees, planted with great care, that will help you stay cool and comfortable, in the Texas heat. Free Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video (Regular subscription) Any additional purchases made will be charged to the guest. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight on property. Extra charges per night. apply to guests more than two.

My family and I come to San Antonio to visit my sister's grandchildren each year. It was 4 of us and it was so nice for each of us to have our own bedrooms. My sister's grands came over to spent the weekend with us as well. The kids loved the house and the back yard. There was so much space for them to play inside and out. The home was very comfortable with lots of living space. It has a large living room and dining room with a very larger eat in kitchen. Our host was awesome to work with, she checked in on us several times. The neighborhood was great and really close to the shopping centers and restaurants. The home was really clean and felt like home. We make this trip once a year and planning on requesting this home next year.

We came to SA for a family wedding and shared the home with our 3 children and their spouses. It had a comfortable living, dining room and kitchen, and all the couples had their own bedrooms. It was convenient to the airport, church and grocery stores and restaurants. Our hosts were great at communicating and the place was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this stay.

The only things that were great about this property was the location and the number of bedrooms. They had no extra blankets or pillows for the beds or any throw blankets. The kitchen was a disorganized mess. There was no whisk and very few and poor quality cookware. There was no extra trash bags, and the bag that was in the trash can was very flimsy. One of the bedrooms had a spider in the bed then another one that went under the bed. There was also a poorly maintained fish tank there, I felt sorry for those fish. If you have small children, be aware that this property is NOT toddler friendly. There were cords everywhere and plenty of breakable things on low tables. The only reason I gave this house a 2 star rating was that it was conveniently located 10 min. from family that we were visiting. The property manager definitely put in minimum effort for guest comfort. The next time we all make a trip to San Antonio, we'll be staying somewhere else.

We loved the movie room, we could see the Six Flags fireworks from upstairs and everything was clean and in order. We will search for this property for our next San Antonio trip!

My family loved staying here! Very spacious, comfortable and has everything you could need! Even had complimentary k-cups available which was a huge plus for me! The host was very accomodating and quickly helped with anything we needed or asked for! Will definitely stay here again next time we're in the area!

We have a large family and there was plenty of room for everyone & then some! My kids especially loved the entertainment room! Everything from booking to check out was perfect. Fantastic, hope to be back!

Overall, our stay was good and we enjoyed the house. We did have some minor issues (technology, batteries), however once the property owner was notified, she worked to fix the issues in a timely manner. The location of the property was great--close to Sams Club, Costco, Walmart, restaurants, etc.
