Our experience which was a surprise birthday for my wife exceeded all expectations in every aspect of our visit. From the check in to check out, every member of staff left an amazing impact for us. We had an amazing afternoon tea with friends and the staff were lovely throughout this experience. We can not fault anything or anyone. Spa and swimming pool was lovely and to have booked loungers made for a special time in the spa. Location for us was an hours drive and hotel is easy to find.
I seriously cant think of anything that could be done better. The only one thing I could suggest is to have usb power sockets in the bedroom. But that's it!

Amazing location and beautiful property. Ideal for a weekend escape in the country. We got a free upgrade to a suite which was absolutely fabulous.

The hotel was nice and the spa facilities are great. The staff are very attentive to your needs.
The grand suite is labelled the best room in the hotel. however, try sitting on the couch in and you'll soon learn that it hasnt been maintained in decades. It was so uncomfortable, worn and not maintained. The room also lacks modern furnishings.
The room service menu is very limited and the timings are very restricted.
