A good hotel with spacious room and good beds. Offer all the confort.
Not very well located to access the down-town but there are buses. A bit expensive.

Check-in wasn't until 2pm and we arrived at 11am. Was expecting to be told we could leave our bags until check!-in time, but to my surprise our room was actually ready! This was incredibly helpful since we really needed to freshen up and to be able to get unpacked and settled meant we could explore the city much sooner and more comfortably than if we had to wait until 2pm! The beds were comfortable, the room was immaculate and spacious!

Location was great, near Atocha train station and walking distance to the main centre, nice restaurants and cafe nearby.
Very basic room, no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Pillows and bed very uncomfortable. Walls are paper thin can hear everything. Unfortunately the people next to us were extremely noisy, got woken up middle of the night, someone singing in the corridor late at night, could hear everything. Definitely doesn’t reflect the price you pay for this hotel.
