The hotel is extremely fancy! all of decorations are very attractive and beautiful. The staff is awesome - i cannot imagine more helpful persons as here Room is very nice Location of hotel is also awesome - you are right near to metro, to renfe train, to necessary buses

I would say that the walls here is so thin - we can hear our neighbors around. But! they weren't noisy and felt sleep fast so everything was fine. Also there was a patio right under our window and people were sitting and talking there, and having a meeting calls, and etc, but, again, they lucky for us weren't noisy so everything was good,

Near metro line that takes you straight to the main center stations. Basic rooms but there's everything you need I read the reviews saying that it was very noisy and that was my worry but EVERY hotel in center of Madrid had these sort of comments. And it was fine you hear something occasionally but that's normal and not a noise that could disturb.

The area is basic so for food we were going further to the center (I like lavapies with lots of authentic Indian restaurants or kebabs) The hotel would benefit from some renovation but everything is in good condition

The best of all was the receptionist Mónica!! So helpful and kind!! She was really nice to us!! Without a doubt whatsoever, we would stay in this hotel again and again!!

Location is perfect. Staff is extremely helpful. Bathroom is fully stuffed with all accessories.

No room isolation. I would add a kettle in a room.

Clean but very noisy!

The room was clean and got cleaned every day. The personnel even though they didn't speak anything besides Spanish (what for some might be inconvenient), they were trying to be helpful and were very polite.

Our room was next to the elevator, which made a lot of noise especially during the night. We had trouble sleeping when the elevator was going up and down when the rest of the guests were returning to their rooms. Furthermore, our room (and guessing the other rooms as well) was very noisy and the walls were thin. We could listen to furniture moving and doors closing all the time.

Wall liked the place and its super friendly staff. Would highly recommend it.

It’s close to the metro station and also walkable to some of the major museums. the room we had was very quiet too. The front desk staff was extremely helpful whenever we have a need.

Helpful staff. I had a language barrier in regards to using the train. The woman at the desk walked me to the station and helped me understand I could use my long distance ticket to use the train to get to Chamartin for free, after many patient minutes.

Very good

The library upstairs is great to work and has a beautiful view of the city. Right next to the metro station and not a far walk to the center. Staff were really kind and helpful.

The room is comfortable, but there are too few electrical connections.

The rooms were not ready when they were supposed to be. The breakfast was 4 times more expensive.

The lady who worked mornings on February 25-26 was like a very rude school teacher. She yelled and definitely did not like having to interact with customers.
