Lovely location and views and excellent breakfast and dinner.
Our room felt a little small and unfortunately we had young very loud children in the adjoining room but it was clean and comfortable and quiet at night whilst we slept.

Beautiful setting! It was genuinely very cosy.
To be honest, it’s not ‘ 5 star’. The service is not at that level and, while the ocean front rooms have amazing views, the furniture and painting needs care.
The staff are sweet young guys on the weekend but they need training on how to prioritize asks from customers. It felt amateurish at times. Also, don’t offer your wine hour if you don’t have the wine! You promoted 3 different wines and only had one.
I still think it’s a lovely hotel but would recommend that you do a bit more training of the staff and keep a high standard and consistency in what you promote to your guests.

Breakfast was a traditional Danish spread of bread cheese egg sweets yogurt juice coffee
Overall maintenance was lacking and needs a refresh of the common areas, indoor and outdoors, on the property. Rooms need new carpet and deep cleaning of tile in bathroom shower areas. Not as expected from a “luxury” boutique hotel that gets so much recognition as being in such a fancy area. A shame to not take more pride in representing a traditional Danish beach hotel and its low key luxury.
