A sensação não é de um hotel e sim em estar hospedado em uma casa Basca típica. O hotel é silencioso, de forma que você nem percebe que existe funcionários (a não ser quando você precisa, que eles prontamente te atendem com muita gentileza). Vista incrível dos vinhedos, do mar e das pequenas propriedades rurais com ovelhas e plantações ao redor. Quarto incrível, café da manhã a la carte. Fica muito próximo de vilarejos Bascos de Getaria, Zarautz, Zumaia e Orio onde tem restaurantes incríveis.
Tudo foi perfeito: instalações, localização, atendimento .
