The Pool is lovely and the Staff were very good and Housekeeping excellent. The Pool Bar was good and the Food was good and hot.
We paid for Half Board but the Restaurant was poor. No ambience whatsoever more like a canteen. Bright lights, no plants or some piped music. Totally flat atmosphere.The food was luke warm and we stopped attending re worried about our Health. We ate out which cost us more. We would go back but we would do room only. The Sunbeds would get bird poo on them but it wasn't cleaned off on a daily basis.

All the staff was very professional and helpful in every occasion.
The room was cleaned every morning with care.
Comfortable bed.
The gym needs a full upgrade. Very small room and very hot as it’s next to the spa with sauna etc. there is only one fan in the room which does not help with the heat. The equipment is extremely limited: few weights (dumbbells) only up to 10kg. And there is a full body machine which is pretty dated and not very user friendly. No bench present, so only exercises standing or on the floor in the only floor mat available.

The room was cleaned well generally and the beds comfortable. Belal was very friendly and accommodating as we're some other staff

Fire alarm going off at 0330 in morning no apology.
Poor breakfast choice in cereals, fresh fruit, no gluten free option, no fresh juice, no signs on food with food allergens or intolerant, no awareness of vegatarians or vegans.
Spa only open from 430 till 9 not morning. Swimming cap must be worn, room on arrival not very clean.
Dinner was lacking in variation, fine for one night. not if staying for several days.. same food every night, slight variations. Salad bar Limited in choice and no signage again in food. Several hairs noted in some food.
No English TV channels for 3 days due to weather but fixed when complained. Very outdated interior in rooms and throughout. Coffee sachets not replenished and had to ask several times.
Finally came back from day out to room cleaned and found my son's clothes stuffed into the bidet by cleaner, which was very disrespectful.
We had stayed at the Gran sagitario last year, this hotel is nothing like that one, it is more like a 3 star sadly, very disappointing.
