La superficie, des piscines partout le rêve. Le buffet assez de choix, la plage a côté, la grandeur de l'appartement et des lits. Le duplex, le ménage fait tout les jours.
Les épines sur la pelouse, transat, on ne pouvais pas marché sans claquette un peut domage. Sur le côté toboggan enfants et grande piscine. ( matelas très dur et odeurs de renfermé dans les appartements)

The customer service is excellent.
The lady looking after us in our apartment was amazing. She made sure we even had toiletries and checked if we needed everything. The apartment was immaculate.
The air con was great.
My son loved the choice of pools at the resort.

Very attentive staff in the reception desk and restaurant. Excellent location. Flat with equipped kitchen. Clean pools. Good shower. Good shop/mini market nearby.
Extremely noisy beds, no life guard on swimming pools at all times, they shut the kids slides at 2pm. Adult slide is closed because it leads into a sewage pool. No dinner variety. Half board does not include any drink at dinner. No sunbeds by the beach as picture shows, no entertainment at all for kids or adults in the resort.

The beach was lovely, pools were clean and sunbeds were always available. Loads of handy facilities such as the supermarket which were easy to find and short walk from room. Staff were very friendly and entertainment such as aqua aerobics were fun and inclusive! The staff also came around personally to warn of water works which we thought gave a nice personal touch rather than just a letter through the door. Outside terrace in our room was amazing! Perfect for photos and games of cards at night. Location was perfect for Cituadella and its port, with reasonable taxi fares.
Our room was not how we imagined, there was half eaten food in the cupboard, hair all over the bathroom, dead bug on the floor, no phone and the manual lock didn't lock. Our sofa bed was also just a sofa with bed clothes on it, not a pull out.
