Location is perfect 10min to citycenter, very close to the beach. Severals swimming pool even for the kids. People are kind and helpful. We even get a bottle of wine for my wife's birthday. would recommand with childrens.
The sound insulation could have been better but it's Spain the sun is there on the other hand. Found some plates a little dirty at the restaurant.

Location is beautiful. At the end of the resort there is a small beach with perfect blue water and beautiful sunset views. Close to the best south beaches of the island (by car).
Nobody, like the owner or manager or other responsible person, seems to care about the maintenance of the appartments, pools and buildings or the resort in general. Pools are green/unhealthy, sunbeds are old, the waterslide doesn't run smooth enough so it was a disappointment for the children.
We had so many broken things in the appartment. Couldn't close the door of the balcony, bathroom and bedroom. A lot of things should be replaced, lights and outlets seemed unsafe. Wifi is terrible. There is a very old tiny kitchen with prehistorical microwave and nothing to open a can or bottle and old pots and pans. No bin in the bathroom etc etc. And why is there no broom/dustpan? After a day at the beach the floor is full of sand and you can't clean it yourself. So beds, bathroom get more dirty.
The cleaning ladies are the only staff around and we think they should not held responsible for all the problems people experience with the rooms. No way they can clean this properly because it's all worn out.
If it was well maintained, upgraded and cared for it would be a very nice place....
