Great location, beautiful property no service
Excellent location and great house managers, although that literally means one employee for the whole hotel.
This is not a hotel, it’s a restaurant that has some rooms you can rent basically. No housekeeping service during my 3 night stay but they ask you to tip housekeeping?! No one answers the app or the phone. No breakfast or lunch and the bar isn’t open until the restaurant opens for dinner. Way too expensive and not even 3 star standard. This brand looks great on paper but they are trying to use technology to replace labor costs. I didn’t have WiFi working for a full day and night- so much for technology!

amazing!
the asthetics of everything … I’m a photographer so I always love places that are unique and the price was perfect too!
hallway kind of smelled odd like a Guiana pig cage would smell ha … other than that I loved all of it. only think that could have made it better is if it had a rooftop or more of a patio

I like the ideas that Life House was attempting, the execution was sub-par.
I liked using self check in. But, why not just get an app and use a phone? The streaming services on apple TV is an interesting concept, but they didn't cable channels or an option to sign into a "house account" for each service. I dont' have many services at home and don't watch much TV. It's one of the pleasures I seek out when I travel. I didn't get any of that benefit here. The neighborhood is neat, but still developing. The bar was a good place to hang and the handful of restaurants by the hotel were pretty good.
The mini bar as lacking options - especially considering no room service or vending machines. The QR code to order drinks sent me to a broken link. There were no vending machines. The AC was incredibly loud. There was no internal lock on the door (both locks could be opened from outside) and so I could not secure myself inside the room without moving a big chair or armoire. The bathroom lights went out on their own if there was no movement - disturbing while pooping. They also turned themselves on their own if they saw movement (even just me rolling over in bed) - disturbing while sleeping. There were like 7 channels to pick from unless I had an account I could log into for streaming. There were no cable channels. Nor were there any "house accounts" to log into for streaming services.

the room was relaxing
beautiful, unique
The air conditioner is very loud. The thick jute rug in the bedroom was just at the right place under the bed to be in the middle of my foot on every step…very uncomfortable

A very pleasant hotel in a good locaiton.
The location was excellent for me, since it i near my family's home.
I found the bathroom lights that turned on automatically irritating - they turned on when I stirred in bed! Also, it was very difficult to see into the closet.

you get what pay for!
Spacious room with nice finishes. Everything was clean, and the entire hotel has a pleasant smell (their own curated scent). Cafe/Cocktail lounge is excellent - and convenient location close to shops, restaurants (make reservations!), and short drive to downtown Denver (very close to aquarium). Hospitality did a tremendous job accommodating our family of four - A+ grade for front of the house!
