Location and breakfast
The misunderstanding by the reception team regarding full payment and card authorization.
The problem was solved same day and they expressed their apology by sending a plate of fruits to my room with a nice complement on a paper.

The location was fabulous. The rooftop bar had a beautiful view. The coffee bar was good. Valet was helpful and cordial.
The rooftop bar was small and crowded. Difficulty to find seating most days. The room was small. Lacked minor amenities like a makeup mirror and nearby ice machine. The young women working the front desk weren’t helpful .
