Beautiful hotel with a superb art collection. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfasts at the hotel restaurant were very good. The location is excellent with proximity to Denver's art museums.
The room rate is too expensive. We found out during the stay that others were able to get a much lower rate; desk staff was unable to explain this.

Staff were really kind and thoughtful about their guest. Food was really good as well.
Upon check in then mentioned that the air conditioner is broken in the hotel, but they are working on the system now. They mentioned that they would have more information at 3 pm. In the end, we stayed out of convenience with the air blowing at 60-70% coolness. No opening a window. They took care of our meal for the issue. The food was really good. Lastly, the shower head was dangling/hanging on by one strip of caulk. It still worked.
