Nestled in West Beach, this attractive condo for $100 per night is a great choice for your next break. Our condo is located in the newly remodeled Beachview Condominium complex right across the street from the popular Hang Out! This relaxing, inviting condo is the perfect getaway for a small family or couple! Sleeps up to 3 with a Queen bed and Futon (fold out to full size) with all the sheets and linens provided for both beds. It has a full bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a kitchenette with single cup coffee pot and toaster. Complete with sink, microwave and refrigerator/freezer, HOWEVER, with so many restaurants within walking distance, you can enjoy a "cook free" true vacation!. It is right across the street from the Beach, The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, and much more. You can literally park your car in our parking lot and not move it again until check out day! Walking distance to everything! There is a washer and dryer located on the second floor Additionally, our condo provides FREE wireless internet and cable television! All linens are provided with the exception of beach towels (please bring your own as our towels must remain in the unit). There is limited covered parking, with an additional lot in the rear, 1 elevator, as well as 2 stairwells in the front and rear of the building. Sorry, No smoking, this is non-smoking complex. Sorry, No pets Must be 21 to rent No Balcony Only one vehicle per unit. Parking Pass required. We also own a 2 bedroom condo in Orange Beach at Summer Breeze (VRBO #1802240) and 2 bedroom, 2 bath at Seacrest (VRBO #1816073) in Gulf Shores.

Location of this property is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. My daughter and I were down for her college softball tournament and it was perfect for the 2 of us. Definitely would stay there again. Had a question at 9pm and property manager called me within a few minutes.

It is a smaller room setup nicely. We stayed for 5 weeks and it is in a great location. Walking distance to many nice restaurants and stores. Right across the street from the beach.

Liked location to nearby restaurants and close to festival.Property was not very clean. Bedding for futon had something blue and sticky on it. Could not use. Had to buy our own pillows and blankets for it.Floors were very nasty, your feet got very dirty just walking on the floor.

Stayed 3 nights. Easy to rent online. Contactless check in /out. First time for us in Gulf Shores. It's in a great location close to a lot. For the money... it's a great deal. Gave us opportunity to check out other places that are more luxurious and bigger for bigger family vacations, but if it's just gonna be me and my wife.. we definitely would stay here again.

The room was clean and a nice place to stay right off the beach. I enjoyed having access to streaming services since there was some thunderstorms during our visit. There were some minor details that could be worked on to make someone’s stay even better. The shower needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. The previous tenant had left some hair on the shower wall that went missed by the cleaning crew. The fitted sheet was also put on the bed wrong and would not stay on the bed. We were also only given one roll of toilet paper for our 3 night stay. While I realize that the listing shows that tenants will have to supply their own after the amount left by the owner is used, I believe at least 2 rolls could have been left for tenants who are paying over $100/night. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and staying here. There are a lot of positives about it, but there is room for improvement.

Studio was as described. Great location next to restaurants and beach! Perfect for short stay. Only suggestion would be an extra light blanket for futon and a foldable rack to set luggage on top of, otherwise very comfortable accommodations!

This property was in the center of Gulf Shores. Across the street from The Hangout and some other great restaurants. The beach was across the street and within walking distance.

Location Location. Five minute walk to beach, food, shopping. Elevator works great and the property is very quiet. Property manager was the best and answered all my questions promptly. Book a vacation you wont regret it

The location was great for what we needed; however, the condo was not well maintained. The one window had a broken shutter. The TV was not working. The stairs were a hazard and very unsafe. The shower curtain was rusty and dirty. There were stains on the wall, we hope ketchup ??? Conflicting messages about check- out procedures.

The property Was right in front of the east entrance for hangout festival! The location was absolutely 5 stars. Easy to walk to restaurants, dollar general and other local stores. I didn’t have a problem with any loud guests on the first or second night of the festival. The walls are thin, though. Sunday night, guests in 211 partied with their door open way past 1 am. I had to ask them multiple times to keep it down. Other than the thin walls/doors, the property was wonderful and I would stay here again.

Great location!! You can walk to everything. Building was clean a perfect for our needs. Loved not having to deal with maid service. Had small problem with TV but manager took care of it. Didn't need TV with so much to do. Will be back for sure.
