Location, staff, ambience of a wonderful facility.
when you are paying justifiably premium room rates, and a chunky dinner rate (£100 for 3 courses) it feels a bit unnecessary and cheap to charge for potatoes/veg to accompany the main course. Even the high end wine prices are ok, but these additional food charges look surprisingly ill-judged. Why create a little annoyance in an otherwise superb experience?

Friendly pared back elegance in a beautiful location. Wonderful food and welcoming drinks. Complimentary e-bikes and nothing too much to ask.
