The food was of excellent quality. No issue with quality either.
Breakfast in particular was substantial and of a wide variety
The service from friendly member of staff displayed a desire to give the best quality of service.
I don't feel there was anything which we didn't like.....all was positive.

My partner unfortunately started her woman’s monthly cycle on the first night, we asked for some supplies until we managed to get to shops we found it very difficult to get any of these. These things are free on nhs and very easy accessible everywhere but you’re hotel
The young lady on the reception on fri/sat wasn’t very helpful and I had to ask for tissues as she couldn’t find a way to help. We stayed at ardoe house in Aberdeen 7 weeks prior to our stay here and were met with amazing staff who had guests needs met at every turn. Thought McDonald drummossie would match this and specifically choose to stay here as I proposed to my long term partner and an amazing occasion was met with mediocre stay at your property
