I found this gem while planning a family trip to Scotland and suffice to say we spent a good chunk of the drive back gushing about how lovely this hotel was. The interiors have so much charm and character, my grandma was enchanted by the decor and the beds were super comfy. The staff were lovely and very helpful, and the food was brilliant. And the sights! The hotel is nestled in such a lovely place near Loch Ness, a comfortable distance away from the boat rides across the Loch. It's pet friendly too! We don't have a dog but it was lovely seeing the staff and facilities be so accommodating to people's pooches. Also, the soap provided smelled lovely and my mum praised the water quality in the bath and shower. 10/10, would happily stay there again.
The place was a bit hard to find after dark with the country roads being winding and poorly lit as they are, but it's hardly their fault. Everyone I took with me agreed that it was more than worth the ride.
