The perfect location for easily walking around downtown, great coffee shop in the lobby, clean and comfy rooms.
The complimentary coffee looked very impressive but it was really nothing compared to Clerk's in the lobby! Really not even a real complaint, though! hah

So beautiful and convenient location to see Charleston.
Minor things….
I would have liked a pool, an area for smoking somewhere on the property, and the housekeeping and delivery staff entered the room without us knocking at the door twice during our stay. Easily solved with the do not disturb sign always in the knob during your stay.

Stunning shared spaces, location is unmatched.
Coming from California, I was still SHOCKED, by the prices at this property - food, coffee, even the rate is $$$$! The room was so small for the premium, and staff less friendly than they have been in the past.

while the common areas were lovely, the rooms were not up to the expectation given a $700/night rate.
