Everything. From the first initial experience with the valet to the guest services. Everything was absolutely fantastic. Extremely professional and friendly people. The room was far beyond our expectation

Location was the best thing about the hotel. Nice hotel products in room and coffee machine.
The inn needs a lot of renovation. Our room had curtains with rips in them, furniture is worn and so is the carpet. Bathroom tubs are outdated and hard to get in and out. Housekeeping came once in our 3 night stay. Very noisy in the morning.
