The staff were incredibly gracious, even for Charleston. The little touches, like a light breakfast basket each morning, were delightful. They also have a great coffee shop.

Loved the Breakfast Baskets, cleanliness, luxuriousness, and staff the most.....
Had trouble getting ice but that was the only thing and a small one at that....

The staffs were very friendly and helpful.
Upon checking into our room, there were mosquitos in the room. Our bottle of conditioner was also empty. I ordered the birthday package. A couple of the balloons from the balloon bouquet were deflating. We got a slice of cake instead of a personal cake and it was the wrong flavor.
