Everything! The staff was accommodating in every way! Starting with the front desk & every other employee! The bed was comfortable and attention was paid to every detail. Location is excellent and breakfast was very good!

Continental breakfast is a must at any stay for us. The continental breakfast at Palmetto met our needs perfectly. Not too little and not too much. The games and relaxing atmosphere in the lobby area was a welcoming bonus! The front desk staff were amazing! Valet parking staff also very friendly and helpful.

The location was fantastic
The lobby was beautiful
The front staff and valet was outstanding
Our room was never cleaned. The bathroom was never cleaned. The trash was never emptied. The bed was never made.
Had we not found a housekeeper in the hall we would not have had towels or coffee pods. And even though we had pods, we gave her the dirty cups
And they were never replaced
