We love the garden ,cozy kitchen and large bathroom.the Wine and muffins with fruit was greatly appreciated. .
Replace uncomfortable chairs with sofa. Have hassock for upholstered chair. I'm 5ft 4 and my feet didn't touch the floor. I had to get a pillow from upstairs for back support. We missed the working gas fireplace. The humidor was so full of water. I could not empty. It must have not been emptied for awhile. Perhaps, dumping it after each rental would help. We appreciate the new bathroom plumbing however the toilet ran the whole time after flushing. We had to reach down in the rank and close the flap , every time we flushed.. My husband tried to adjust the chain so it won't run all the time. It didn't help. Thus we keft the tank top off so you could fix it before your next guest.

Historic, friendly host, very private, beautiful setting, cozy and quaint.
Our overnight parking for the one bedroom was on Cumberland and Church—a 15 minute walk from 86 Church.
