nice hotel and staff was friendly

modern design and pet friendly. workout room was equipped nicely and could be enhanced with bands. room was comfortable and clean. check in was easy.

offer a free water. water in the room was $10! Also, the complementary coffee and hot water were taken up before i could get some. Small stains on the sheets.

Great location to reach out from the Airport and have a lot of choice for various restaurants.

Breakfast was reasonable but personally, I prefer to enjoy it at the buffet. The location was excellent but a little noisy during over night. However, I think it's up to each person's character if someone like to enjoy the pup and listing the music.

Nothing. I like to stay a little away from downtown so I thin the location was very good for me. There is a lot of good restaurant to enjoy all kinds of meals with friendly people who're loved the music.

Excellent hotel

The hotel is nicely decorated and perfectly clean and comfortable. It was a lovely cozy place to spend a bitterly cold night. They are great about providing forgotten toiletries. We also enjoyed the downstairs restaurant.

Great hotel

Clean modern hotel. Big room. Very comfortable beds Lovely pool area. Excellent restaurant- food was absolutely delicious. Good location-walking distance to centre.

Leaving! Being really picky, my impression of Staff is that they were competent but not particularly friendly. I was a bit irked to be asked to move table in restaurant by waitress who said table was booked, when in fact said table remained unused for the duration of my time in the restaurant which was shortly after dinner service ended. Owing to close proximity of the hotel to a live music club, it is VERY noisy at night. Bar closes at 10pm or at least I think that is what the bar person said-I couldn’t quite believe my ears. No coffee until 7am and coffee in restaurant isn’t great. All in all though these minor issues would not put me off from staying at this lovely hotel again.

Fantastic facilities, location and restaurant

The restaurant food was excellent-small menu but fabulously fresh and well cooked food. The pool area, the room, the location-all was great.

Overpriced and not as nice as other Kimpton hotels.

It was centrally located.

Not as nice as other Kimpton hotels. We were expecting a certain level of comfort for the price. I wouldn’t pay over $200 a night to stay here. And, we will never stay here again. Would not recommend. Dirty bathroom floor. Dirty walls with bloody looking fingerprints. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Room was also too small for two queen beds. We could hear club and street noises from outside even though we paid more to be on the top floor.

The water pressure in the shower was very powerful and water was splashing outside of the shower stall, leaving a lot of water on the bathroom floor.

beautiful boutique hotel

beautiful hotel with great features, very boutique vibes. the room was spacious and very comfortable. we didn’t have breakfast there but the restaurant looked really nice.

no free parking ($48 overnight) and it’s a pity there was no cocktail bar after 10pm

Overall a very satisfying experience

Great location, modern styling.

A few of the staff including front desk and one waitress were pleasant but a bit "green"; I don't like the idea that a dog or cat might have been in our room before we checked in.

WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN

The building /room was very clean. However, the hotel’s location was very noisy…. located across from a party venue that played loud music both nights until midnight. NO coffee maker in rooms— even when asked for it never came!— and NO coffee even available before 7:00am in hotel restaurant!!! Both mornings we were up at 5:30-6:00 for commitments and could not even get a cup of coffee until 7:00am!!! 😩

Kimpton hotels almost never disappoint and this was no exception.

beautiful, easy elegance. extremely kind and helpful staff. very comfortable bed.

the temperature in the shower was. wry difficult to control. not the greatest coffee situation in the morning. very average… while most everything else was terrific.

Superb

I thought it was a bit pricey, but the stay was wonderful.

Price for the room. I may try the ZaZa Hotel which runs about the same price as Pittman, but it supposed to be a bit more extravagant.

It was great.

The location and property were both extremely nice. The water pressure of the shower was the best I've experienced.

It's quite pricey. 10+ of my colleagues stayed there over the same stretch. I think we use this hotel frequently. Hope we get a better price. How about $199/night?

My mattress hurt my hips. The room was a lot smaller than what I paid for on Booking but they didn’t have anything open to upgrade

Excellent

There was a storm and our electricity at home was knocked out. Danny was so friendly and helpful and was able to get us checked in so quickly and efficiently at 4am. Miguel valet our car and he brought up our luggage and unloaded it swiftly. Sébastion and Patrick were very helpful with our check as our electricity was reconnected a lot sooner than anticipated we checked out 8 hours after checking in. We will definitely be back for pleasure in the near future.
