A clean, well designed modern hotel. Loved the room design, spacious and practical. Plenty of parking, pool and table tennis a nice addition. Near to Conwy and Bodnant Gardens

Lovely room, friendly and helpful staff, and a good breakfast. We also really enjoyed the gym and games room, especially the snooker and table tennis.
The use of the pool came with an additional surcharge, which was not clearly disclosed on Booking.com before making the reservation.
The hotel restaurant was quite average, and unfortunately, the rooms were not cleaned to a satisfactory standard.
