Couldn’t have gone more smoothly. $20 Uber to the football field and Pike’s Place. Too bad my Eagles lost but oh well. Grace and Kevin were very responsive and easy to work with. I would happily book there again.

Our stay overall wasn't bad. The home is older and so we had some sinus troubles while there. The beds are also small and not the most comfortable but it gave us a place to sleep while going to a Seahawks game and that's what we needed.

We enjoyed staying at Grace and Kevin’s home. It really felt like a home, not like a usual place to rent. It was quirky and cute and suited our needs, as we were on a training course all days. The bed we slept in wasn’t super comfortable, but we made do. Plenty of mugs to choose from, which was fun! The location was perfect for us and the first evening we enjoyed sitting on the garage roof watching the view to the city. Communication between Grace and Kevin was great. Many thanks for opening your home for us.

Grace's house was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. She was very communicative and helpful. It was easy to get downtown and to Capitol Hill where we were working with lots of good food and easy groceries nearby. I would stay there again for sure.

We used the house as our tour base for a couple of days in Seattle. It worked great, close to mass transit. Good communucation with host!

Awesome! We were under the impression there were queen beds. Our bed on the main floor was quite small(double) otherwise fine. The backyard is greats scene love sitting outside and chat!

This house is incredible. Truly unique. Books and funky memorabilia galore. Very well stocked with everything you need and more. We loved the small rooftop patio w view of downtown Seattle. Grace was very responsive.

We absolutely loved Graces house, the house is very spacious and quirky. There was a lot of space for 4 girls who were getting ready to see Taylor Swift that weekend lol! Excellent communication with me leading up to check in, which was also very simple! Thanks again for the lovely stay!

This is a one of a kind home that is a great midway point to some of the best spots in Seattle. We came in the middle of summer and the home was still very comfortable. The home has a unique design with one bedroom on each floor and a spacious basement. The decor is charming and you could spend all day looking at it. The host was very communicative and helpful. All the essentials were provided and instructions were very clear. Thw house is older but was kept very clean. I loved that so many movies, books, and games were made available.

Very nice older home with all the conveniences. Great stay. I was particularly pleased because there is a sci-fi fan in the house. I have ready MANY of the books that were in the home, displayed in alphabetical order no doubt. Very pleased. Stay was before before we left for a cruise. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. We needed to burn some candles to get rid of the musty smell but otherwise good. I would suggest providing a little more handicap support in the bathroom.-grab rails specifically.

From booking to check out, the whole experience was delightful! When we arrived, the garden and home were in beautiful and immaculate condition; the turn of the century charm was palpable and memorable, and all the built-ins, nooks and crannies and cupboards were fun to explore. The property manual was complete, thorough and helpful and included many helpful recommendations about what to see, do and where to eat, from a local's perspective, which is gold to me. Thank you, Grace and Kevin! We will definitely book again and refer this home to friends and family visiting the area

Our stay at Grace's property was absolutely awesome! The charm in the house speaks volumes, the backyard and foliage was beautiful and Grace herself was more than accommodating and sweet. Would highly reccomend a stay here.

Great house for our group. Grace was kind enough to let us leave our bags early (before check-in). Very close to T-Mobile Park, we walked it once but Uber was cheap so we went that route the next couple times but great weekend getaway.

Upon checking in to this incredible home we found each room full of unique and fun collectibles. We would read from the massive collection of books in the mornings and listen to cds on the main level in the evenings. We had 5 adults with varying hobbies and interests and each of us found quirky, relatable items around this home. The space was big enough that we weren't tripping over each other.
The age of the home was part of the charm, it was clean and very well maintained. It was quite warm during our stay but the main level and basement rooms were comfortable and fans were provided to make the top bedroom more tolerable. We knew this may be an issue when selecting this eco home in July! We were in town for ECCC and found transit to the convention was easy to use, once we discovered the transit go app because orca cards were not available. The bus picks up right outside the house. There's plenty of dining and a mini mart walking distance from your front step which was convenient.
Grace was a fantastic host and we can't wait to stay here again!

Perfect Area Perfect Place
The property was phenomenal! It was exactly as Grace has it listed. Had everything that we needed, and it was set in a perfect area! We felt very safe! Only stayed for a couple days while we were waiting to embark on our Alaskan vacation.

My mother and I were delighted with this treasure of a home! The art nouveau architecture and decor was lovely, and the house is roomy and pleasant. Communicating with Grace was easy and clear. I would highly recommend this welcoming home, adjacent yard, and nice location near a park, and short walk to cafes!

Lovely And Magical
We have an absolutely pleasurable vacation staying in this best kept secret not far from what I call downtown. My wife and I took our morning 10,000 step walk down Jackson to pioneer square and tried have a dozen coffee shops along the way. The inside of the home is wonderfully decorated in Art Nouveau. The Original wooden floors are beautiful. The outside gardens make the experience spiritually uplifting. Bless you Grace for your kindness and thoughtfulness in maintaining thorough communication during our stay. Listen folks, down pass this place up.
