Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. The hot tub was dirty, reached out to the manager and they said someone will call me back letting me know what time the maintenance guy will stop by. I never got a call so we didn’t get to use the hot tub. Walking inside the cabin was like walking in to a hot oven. Ants scattered throughout the house. Other than that the location was perfect.

The house itself was great, along with the location. The issue we had was that the house lacked air conditioning (admittedly it wasn't advertised as having A/C) and it was nearly impossible to cool down the main living level during the daytime. It was between 85 and 90 F during the daylight hours which was just uncomfortable. The bigger issue was the ant infestation. There were ants in every room, but specifically in the kitchen and the bathrooms and we ended up coming home with a few too. When we told the management company, their response was that we were forewarned in the confirmation email that these things were possible, it's to be expected at Big Bear, and that they had placed traps prior to check-in (we didn't see any traps). Just completely unhelpful and marred an otherwise mostly positive experience.
