Just steps from the boardwalk and beach by the iconic fishing pier. The property is walking distance to downtown Ocean City, NJ. Playland's Castaway Cove is less than 10 mins walk down the boardwalk and features fun rides and games for the little ones. Great features include: - 2 covered, off-street parking spaces - Elevator for ease of access - Enclosed outdoor heated shower - Right at the beautiful fishing pier landmark - Family friendly: room darkening curtains for naps (added after photos), 2 full tubs, pack & play, booster seat with optional tray, games and books for down time, close to the beach, one level with no interior stairs - Bike rental across the street - Close to great restaurants and shops, at the quieter south-end of the boardwalk, but walking distance to Playland's Castaway Cove and Jilly's Arcade - Keurig coffee maker,with 'starter' pods, blender and food processor - Toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, creamer and sugar and tea provided - 3 TVs and 1 DVD player with Wifi and Cable We're here to help ensure you have a wonderful OCNJ vacation. Excellent family friendly stay
We had such a wonderful stay on property. The place was comfortable, well thought out and felt like home during our 5 day trip. Super convenient walk to the boardwalk and the host had great recommendations For things to do. We had 2 minor problems that were addressed very swiftly and graciously. 10/10 recommend and definitely look forward to booking here again.

The location of this property is great and it was pretty clean overall. However, the ac units made a terrible smell and had visible black specks on the intake. We had to turn them off due to the smell. Also, for the price, I expected at least basic cable - every kids channel on the tv required a subscription. Several of the dishes in the kitchen were visibly dirty. It was clean enough, but at that price point I expected to have workable ac and to have watchable television.

Great location! Kid friendly!
I rented in June 2020 just as things were starting to reopen after shutting down due to Covid-19. I needed to look at some new walls!
The mural in the living area is beautiful. You can see a glimpse of the waves across the street from the windows. The owners do a great job with making sure the house is stocked with trash bags, soaps, TP, paper towels, toys, puzzles, coloring stuff, beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella, all the things!!
Ashlee is very accommodating and easy to deal with. I highly recommend!

We couldn't have had a better stay. We called it our "beach home" for the week. Everything was so clean and there were so many little touches that made it feel like home. We will be booking again for next summer!

Great place for families
Perfectly located and everything so convenient, covered parking, 4 beach tags, beach chairs and accessories provided, a block from the boardwalk! Ashlee is a great communicator and made things very simple for check in and check out. Condo is well-stocked and nicely decorated. Simple, cute and beachy. Neighborhood is safe and family-friendly. This was perfect for our family of four. We would definitely stay again.

Great location and super great hosts!
Really pleased with the host's thoughtfulness. I've never stayed in a house that provided so many amenities in the kitchen, including paper towels, cleaning supplies, and dishwashing soap, hand soap, etc. Also, she had a whole cabinet filled with kids' arts and crafts items which my 4-yr-old grandson was thrilled with, like Christmas in June! And books and DVD's as well. Highly recommend this host!

Two night stay for soccer tourney in hammington NJ..owner a delight to work with, great location to boardwalk, comfortably sleeps 5. Nice amentities, high quality beach gear, clean with good shower and comfortable beds. No negatives—one comment is no balcony or porch but so close to the beach not a problem for us.

BEST accommodations around!
We had an amazing stay in OC this year!!! Our family has been renting for over 30 years down here, trust me when I tell you this place is TOP NOTCH! Our accommodations were impeccably clean, comfortable, and super close to everything. All of the little touches made for such a relaxing vacation: toilet paper, paper towels, coffees & teas, creamer, tons of cleaning products, garbage bags and tons of stuff for the kids....all helpful in making the packing much lighter! Parking was great, outdoor shower and hose were good for cleaning off, the clothesline was great for drying towels and bathing suits. It was super easy to unload the car and bring everything up to the unit. It’s the little things that matter!! There’s definitely pride of ownership with this condo and the owners took the time to make sure we could easily reach out to them if we needed anything. They keep it very clean and stocked with what you need. We are so thankful we found this amazing place!!! Thank you Ashlee and Brooks for sharing your slice of heaven with us!! It was a truly memorable week!! 🤗

Beach tags and toys for children were very much appreciated, and also beach chairs.

We loved our stay at this beautiful,clean and nicely decorated condo. Perfect location (1 block) to Beach & Boardwalk and so convenient. Didn't have to worry about paying for parking, since we had free parking at the condo. The keyless entry code, the 4 beach tags, boogie board and beach chairs were so appreciated! The communication with the owner, Ashlee Hall was awesome, she emailed and texted us frequently to make sure everything was in order. She was so attentive with our booking, answering any and all questions, welcome & follow up calls. We enjoyed the gorgeous beach, mini-golf, biking the boardwalk and the streets and the many restaurants. We will definitely be back! It is an awesome place, very spacious, close to the boardwalk and water.
We were very happy staying here. The owners kept in touch and the place was very spacious. An easy walk to the water and also a view of the ocean. We definitely would recommend this and hope to be able to stay there again.
