A truly family villa for hosting dinner parties. Beautiful Spanish style patio with planting

no breakfast included which is fine. The kitchen is fully equipped. IF you like to cook and entertain it is the perfect villa. Not many restaurants walking distance but many Majorcian cafes.

It was wonderful. Our host waited on us with keys, booklet with all important information and food.

It's a wonderful house, full of pictures and period pieces. It has beautiful yard where we could sit, nice kitchen and spacious living room / dining room. Air condition was split into 2 - one for main bedroom and one for the rest of the house. It was very clean, and everything necessary was supplied by our hosts. It's centrally located, near old town and many bus lines. Our hosts had whole booklet with all important information, like phone numbers, map with food places etc. They also brought welcome gift (food and wine) that was super thoughtful.

No complaints really. We found ants on our first evening, however hosts had bottle of eco friendly insecticide to deal with them, so we did not have any issues there. Everything was very clean and organized.

Comfortable and spacious

The fact that the caretaker waited for us till 2am when we arrived to hand over the keys and had comestibles available like omelletes, milk, eggs and bread so we wouldn't struggle for breakfast in the morning showed they really cared. It was free and they didn't charge us for it

It would've really helped if there was an additional AC in the bedrooms but we managed and it wasn't that bad with one large AC in the drawing room that let cool air into the one without one. There is an additional shower/toilet outside the main house in the courtyard but in that time of the year due to the heat there were many dead flies all over the room and in the toilet/sink/bathroom etc. Didn't know how to really handle that

amazing house, perfect for family stay, with exceptional host

We loved the host and the house. The house is fully furnished and it is amazing. The rooms were clean, very comfortable. It is perfect for family stay. There are beautiful paintings in the whole house. I felt like at home. The host was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early and helped us with parking. We have rented two cars, there is only one parking by the house, but the owner was so nice, that he has provided us with an extra parking space in the nearby building less than 100m from the house.
