About this house rental
Situated in Ohio, this lovely house for $299 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Our home has a Great open floor plan, a social room with the big heavy wooden pocket doors so it can also be divided off. There's a comfortable front porch and a open back yard perfect for outdoor games, a fire pit lots of chairs, picnic tables and grill. There have been many gatherings and memories spent in this backyard. We have Plenty of parking including space for boats if your here for a fishing tournament. We are located in a cozy small town with lots to offer, NKP Railroad Museum, Lyme Village, Seneca Caverns, Twin Lakes Golf just to name a few - we are only 20-25 minutes from Lake Erie, Cedar Point, Ferry to Put n Pay or Kelly's Island, close to several bird watching areas, near several of the top fishing tournaments and we have boat parking for at least 3-4 boats (truck and trailer/so you wouldn't have to unhook), fish cleaning station w/water & lights right on site, a containers for the waste /a freezer upon request and much more. We are also more than willing to set the house up to meet your needs, decorate for any special events, indoor/outdoor activities for kids and or adults,...... I have been a Travel Agent for 42 year and have spent my life escorting groups and I Love making sure everything is taken care of and that that memories are made..... having the Link House has only added to the pride of what I want to do. Our experience was positive overall, and our hosts were very helpful in person when we needed recommendations or items to borrow. We had a lot of difficulty reaching them before we arrived, and got really nervous that we had paid and would get no response by VRBO message, phone, and email, so we were glad that the transaction panned out. The neighborhood felt safe, the kitchen was well equipped, and the distance to lakeside activities was reasonable.
Clarification needed in online listing - this is NOT a five bedroom house, despite what is advertised in words and photos. It is a four bedroom house with a sofa bed in the first floor living area. This really threw us for a loop since we had planned a group of 14 around the expected five bedrooms!

I was coming with family and friends to celebrate my birthday at Cedar Point. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and wanted this trip to be extra special before my surgery and it was!! The host were very kind and hospitable. I walked into the house and they had a sign that said Happy Birthday and had snacks set out. Every room was set up so nice. It was the perfect stay and the park was only like 30 minutes away. Very Convenient!! I would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

This home was so comfortable and welcoming for our extended family stay. Note I said home, not just house. Our gracious hosts provide more than the basics you find in many vacation rental properties. We felt welcomed in their home. Their warmth and hospitality was much appreciated. Thank you so much.

While the matresses in a couple of the beds could use updated, the place was Awesome, and the hosts/owners were awesome as well. Thank you so much for everything.

We loved EVERYTHING about this house. It is an old home that is well taken care of and decorated beautifully. The owners literally provide everything you could possibly want or need plus some. If you forget something, I guarantee it will be in this house. Also is set in a very nice neighborhood. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy this home longer.

The only thing that would have given this place all 5 stars is that it was listed as 20 mins from cedar point it was more like 32-35 mins overall a great place to stay.

This was a great house with lots of space and loved the personal touches of complimentary snacks and beverages. We cooked s’mores on the fire pit, played board games and it was a short drive to Cedar Point. Highly recommend!

Great, big house for a family visiting Cedar Point!
We loved this house and 10 of us slept comfortably. 7 adults and 3 children. There were still extra spaces for more! The host, who lives next door, came by to see if we had everything we needed and gave us their cell phone numbers for easy contact. The wifi was strong, the neighborhood was great, the AC works well, there were good staples in the kitchen, they left an incredible gift basket of snacks for us, and it was much bigger and even better in person. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect for families
The house was perfect! Very roomy the town was adorable. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch the kitchen was fully stocked with everything g we needed and then some. Plenty of towels but washer and dryer was available. Hosts very very responsive to our requests the grill ran out of gas we texted and they brought more. Enjoyed evening around the fire pit. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot.

Quiet, small town with many beautiful old homes like this one. This home is very well updated, clean, and comfortable.

We were at Cedar Point for a baseball tournament. Instead of staying at the expensive hotels and being on top of each other we decided to rent a house. There were 4 adults and 5 kids and we had plenty of room and privacy. It is an easy and pretty 30 minute drive to the park. After very busy, long days it was nice to head to the house, grill for dinner and sit around the fire. I also loved rocking on the front porch with my coffee before the crazy day of fun started. The hosts think of every detail from a fire starting kit to a basket of smore supplies, to a charging station. The house also was fully stocked and had everything from shampoo to paper products to dish soap making staying there very easy.
The only negative was the third bedroom upstairs was very hot making it a little uncomfortable to sleep in but it was also a very hot week.

Will stay again if we come to Ohio!
All of the little details make this place feel like home away from home. Jill and Kip are always available for questions or help. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We grilled, had fires at night and enjoyed days on the porch. It was close enough for trips to Cedar Point and Put-In-Bay. It is a great place for all dynamics of family, even with small children and babies. They made a pack n play available right away. The pictures do not do this home justice. It is an old home with beautiful updates throughout. The washer and dryer are very nice and new and so convenient. They had amenities you might forget available through the home as well. As well as fans in all the rooms. We will stay again should we travel this way again!

Very Comfortable Stay
Beautifully maintained home, and really thoughtfully stocked with everything where you might easily find anything you need. Great hosts who are located nearby and very happy to accommodate anything you might need. We had mostly teens, so brought our own twin air mattress and definitely needed it to fit all 12 of us comfortably. We left something behind and they reached out to us right away to let us know and make arrangements for returning it. Highly recommend this place!
