The condo was beautifully appointed, well located on Price Street and two blocks from the Pier, and had easy parking access. The management was very responsive to our early checkin request which is appreciated. The only minor issue I'd like to point out is that there's a maddening "welcome the Valentina" jangle played in a loop from speaker at the entrance and if your room is above that entrance, which ours was, it can get a bit tiresome over time. It doesn't cost a star however and it's a minor issue but when everything else is perfect, this should be an easy fix. We'll be back for sure.

Arrived late after noon check condo found door lock on second bed room call office they said they would send some one by but didn't until the following day I remove lock my self Purchased food for our stay woke up in the morning and had to throw alot away complete cover in ants. Ants all over condo and this was the begging of our stay.This was my second stay here really was hoping for the same experience.They sent some one by he wide every thing down didn't spray for ants and left ant traps over but didn't cut them open so I did and all the ants were able to eat. This should not have been my responsibility.Then to top if off I open the foldout couch for my grand baby's to sleep on and my youngest cut her leg on a tie strap that was used to hold the plywood base to the frame it was sharp plastic sticking out about 2" so I cut it off and turned it to the much for a great Vacation. Unacceptable I fill I should be compensated for at lest a clean environment if now my entire stay.

The Condo and facility were very nice and clean. Safe walking distance to shops and eventually the coast. The shower in the master bath would not generate hot water and the other shower had a high whine when on a comfortable warm temperature. Otherwise, the condo was very comfortable.The staff were helpful during office hours. A few mis directed emails that required attention, but it was all addressed promptly.The master key pad lock box was difficult to replace after retrieving the condo keys. But finally got it to lock back into place.

The apartment was beautiful. We had a great stay. The management and check in and out procedures were confusing. We got the key from the lockbox by following the instructions. Then we spent a half hour figuring how to close it as there were no instructions. When we finally called the after hours phone we were given some vital steps to be followed which were written nowhere at the lockbox. The lady on the phone was extremely curt on being asked about a late checkout. It doesn't hurt to be polite. Overall I loved the place but not the phone lady.

Family rented 3 units last July for Thanksgiving. Plenty of time to make sure units were clean. Light bulbs out in all 3 units, filthy dirty, condom wrapper in 1 unit, broken down furniture in all, leaky faucets, all refrigerators would not get cold, broken heaters, master bath shower would not get hot, public barbecues, 2 were out of propane, remotes batteries were dead, very dirty, run down. Very disappointed especially for what we were charged per evening. Over charged for dirt and filth.

The pros of this rental are that it is large--two bedrooms and two baths, with a large, modern living area--and that it is close to the beach. However, it is also right across the street from a restaurant whose recyclables get picked up every morning between 6 and 6:30 am, which woke all of us up every morning. There was also an ant problem. While the kitchen and bathrooms were modern and photographed well, I found the rest of the property, including the decor, lack of any dressers to put clothes in, and lack of any beach towels or beach toys (I called and was told there weren't any), disappointing for the comparatively high price of the unit. I have stayed in much nicer 2BR, 2BA condos in Hawaii, with better furnishings and amenities, for less money. I would not go back.

We stayed at Valtina's beatiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Beatiful exterior plants and interior. The condo had all the amenities kithchen, and both bedrooms and bath. The pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable.The TV 's where good but quirky cable.

This is a beautiful spacious condo. Its very quiet here and so close to the beach, restaurants and town. My only compliant is that the Master bedroom should have black-out blinds for street lights and the living room couch is not very comfortable for kids to sleep or daytime seating either. It gets very chilly with all the tile flooring and no rugs. The patio is great though and the kitchen is very large! We loved our stay. Fix the minor things and I'd give you 5 stars.

The Valentina was a good option for our extended weekend stay for 2 couples with no children. The master bedroom was spacious, the 2nd bedroom was sufficient. The kitchen and great room were very inviting. While the signs request that guests clean-up their bar-b-que utensils after use, they did not. This issue was resolved by the office when notified the next day. The rental office was easy to deal with. Onsite parking is a plus.

We were in suite 201 and it was great. Exactly how the picture looks like, but a lot bigger. Everything was clean and the suite was well put together. It was literally a home away from home. We were only suppose to stay 2 nights but because it felt like home we stayed another night. It was right in the middle of town so we was close to all the great restaurant. The only thing was the beach was a bit further than expected instead of a block and a half it felt like it was a 3-4 blocks walk to the beach. Other than that it was incredible. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall...very good experience. However, would have liked to have kitchen sponges & dish soap. Also, the sofa hide-a-bed mattress was pathetic....completely worn out with dip in entire center of mattress. Some extra blankets in the condo would have been nice to have available also. Had to buy entire can of "regular" coffee as only decaf bags were provided. Consider providing tea bags also. Overall, condo was very clean and comfortable. Perfect location to stay for our Pismo wedding activities.

The only problems we had were the garbage trucks from 5-8 am EVERY morning and street sweepers. Couldn't sleep past 5 am. They should not be allowed in residential areas so early. AND the windows on the Southeast side should have blackout shades to make it darker when the sun comes up. I'm on vacation. I want to sleep in past 5 am.

The Valentina in my Central Coast Home. There is no better place to stay in Pismo than the Valentina. Whether its a family vacation or a couples getaway this is the place to stay. The rooms are nice and large and perfect for a family. We have two young adult boys and we have to have two hotel rooms anyways so the Valentina allows us to be on vacation and stay together. On suite laundry is nice. If you wish to cook in the full kitchen has everything you need. They have BBQ pits for grilling. We enjoy a glass of wine on the patio at night. Make your reservation NOW. I am already working on my next trip.

We were very happy with our vacation rental. My daughter had previously booked our weekend at another hotel. I was returning from visiting my son in Newbury Park and decided to stop in Pismo and check out the Pismo nursery & the hotel my daughter had booked. Talking w Bob at the nursery he mentioned Valentina Suites. I drove to hotel and was very disappointed, called my daughter and had her cancel reservation. Long story short I booked our weekend at Valentino Suites and loved every moment of our stay in our beautiful suite and also bought a beautiful puppy fountain from Pismo Bob.

We arrived a little early for check-in and we were accommodated. The condo was very clean and the location was wonderful. The parking garage was great and very secure. I would most definitely stay at this location again. My only concern was the overflow of trash. All the trash cans were full (big ones outside) regular trash and the recycled trash.

We enjoyed our stay and proximity to the beach. The upgrades are nice but not as nice as advertised. The kitchen equipment was cheap & the place was nice but not great. It seemed a bit overpriced for the condition. Also a lot of road noise. The service was great when we called the property manager because all the pots & pans where yucky when we got there.

We enjoyed our stay and proximity to the beach. The upgrades are nice but not as nice as advertised. The kitchen equipment was cheap & the place was nice but not great. It seemed a bit overpriced for the condition. Also a lot of road noise. The service was great when we called the property manager because all the pots & pans where yucky when we got there.
