Beautifully designed property in stunning grounds. Loved swimming in the cenote and the bike tour and river cave tour run by David was excellent. Also enjoyed yoga in the mornings and using the paddleboards whenever we wanted on the cenote. All the staff were really welcoming and helpful.
The food was underwhelming. Quite expensive for the quality and the menu didn’t change at all during our stay.

Loved our stay at this oasis in the jungle. Wakax was so relaxing, beautiful and quiet - a highlight of our trip. There is a lot to do onsite, from kayaking the lagoon, to exploring by bike or foot, to yoga every morning.
We felt really well looked after. All the staff were brilliant - friendly, kind, and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to David, who gave us a fantastic underground cenote tour and was so kind to our son, and the excellent waiters at the restaurant.

Gorgeous property in a quiet relaxed area of the Riviera Maya. There are many different experiences within the resort itself so you can feel relaxed and busy over various days without leaving the premises.
We stayed in a large suite which was pretty and elegant but the Aircon didn’t work for such a large room so in this hot summer month it was simply too warm at night. The bathroom didn’t even have a fan and so it was u comfortable to shower etc in the jest of the bathroom area.
