We appreciated the cleanliness and accessibility of the property. Might have been perfect if we had known to bring a few blankets and pillows for the downstairs bedroom, which was colder than the others. The area is new builds close enough to walk to the waterfront, which we loved doing each morning.

This home was the perfect size for our family of 6. Spacious and well appointed. The washer/dryer were very convenient. The mattresses on the king and queen bed are very firm. The balcony door in the king bedroom has no covering so light comes in. Between the light shining in our room and the hard mattress I slept very little on our trip. Other than that the house was great!

It was a great convenient place to stay close to the Pensacola Yacht Club wedding venue. Check in had a couple of glitches but was mostly easy. The house was immaculate, nicely decorated and met our families' needs. Close/walking distance to restaurants and convenience grocery. Would stay here again It is as depicted in the VRBO listing. Thank you for allowing us to stay here.

This home was fantastic for our weekend stay in Pensacola. The home was like new, well appointed, and perfectly kept. The kitchen supplies were well stocked, providing everything you would need to cook, if you wanted, and included a Keurig coffee maker. The location was very convenient to the many things downtown, and we felt very safe in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and roomy. Modern and fresh decor made me feel like we were at home. Kitchen well stocked with gadgets for meal prep. Only thing I would add is thicker blankets if you like to sleep with heavier weight. Would stay here again and bring coffee pods or ground coffee because that's the first thing I go for.

We had an enjoyable stay. The home is spacious and clean. The amenities were a plus, especially the washer and dryer. Location was perfect. We were a bike ride away from a ton of restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

We’ll not happy with phone line down across the driveway could not park in the rear. Lighting in master bath is to low needs to be brighter. Door going out to the balcony need shade over the glass and the sun comes in right into your eyes and the bed needs to be turned so your able to sit up in bed and watch tv while in the bed. Nice place but these are things that we feel needs to be addressed. Thanks

Very clean, new modern property. A lot of space. We were also only about 1 mile from downtown Palafox St. Has all kitchen appliances, utensils, etc. Nice front porch and balcony. Quiet neighbors.

Thanks for accommodating our early check-in request. The property is beautiful. We are in the area a few times a year and will look for this property in the future. One comment… The garbage disposal had an unpleasant smell, but otherwise, no complaints.

This home was very cute, clean and close to wonderful downtown amenities, the beaches are only 20 minutes away and despite the first impression of the area over all the area felt like a safe place for our family. Pensacola doesn’t have a lot of wash stations at the beach parking lots so it was a struggle at this house to washing off at the water spicket. I was told that Property management and owner wasn’t interested in proving a hose. Over all our family got to enjoy all that Pensacola has to offer this is why I give the house a 5 star rating.

After a 2 day drive, we were delighted to open the door on this property. Spacious, clean and a well appointed kitchen. Everyone got their own large bathroom with good water pressure. Comfy beds, comfy couches and plenty of closet space and drawer space. The master balcony is a sweet spot too. My daughter stopped by with her new baby and we enjoyed relaxing in the living room before heading out to see the sights of Pensacola. We will be returning here on our next visit, for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! It was spotless when we arrived and everything appeared new and in excellent condition. The location was perfect; close to downtown, the Naval base, and the beach. The only suggestion we would make is to add towel racks/holders in the bathrooms upstairs. We would definitely stay at this property again!
