We had a very nice stay. The place was well stocked with everything we needed. The communication with Yi was great, she was very quick to respond. We would stay again. BTW, we did not have any water pressure problems as stated in another reviw and no construction noise.

Everything was sparkling clean; the space was new and pleasant to be in. The rooftop space was a big plus - beautiful views. There are three stories to the condo, so if stairs are an issue, something to keep in mind. We would definitely stay in this lovely space again, 100% satisfied!

Pros: Newer home, comfortable bed, master suite Management company was responsive to questions, courteous and professional. Unit is a short 1.9 mile, 15-minute drive from downtown but enough outside the city to have some peace and quiet. Cons: You cannot shower if anyone flushes, washes their hands or is showering in the other water areas - water pressure is really bad. I could not get soap out of my hair when the other shower was going. We had to take turns. This defeats the purpose of 2 bathrooms if 4-6 people are all trying to get ready at once. If a unit holds 4-6 people, there should be seating for that many in the common area and there was only a small 2-seater sofa and a chair. We were pretty much unable to watch TV since the other 3 had to sit in dining chairs. Kitchen only seats 4 also. The thicker blanket on the bed in the master had a pinkish stain so we removed it and put it in the closet. One of the towels in the second floor bathroom was also stained - I would suggest white so it can be bleached or to replace soiled or stained items regularly. Definitely do not stay here with a rental car - it's difficult to find parking. There is construction across the street so there was NO street parking anywhere on the street - signs preventing this were there during our entire stay. This is something that would have been nice to know before our stay or during booking as we may have stayed closer to the venue we were visiting or taken Uber.

The property was like new, rooftop view a special addition. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Located within walking short distance of food. Construction going on across the street so noisy during the day. Very quiet at night but I stayed on weekday nights. Parking is the main detraction. I parked 3 blocks away but as a older woman alone, the neighborhood felt very safe.

Great property (plus donuts)
Great property (plus donuts)
We enjoyed our stay, even though there were only two of us. The property is modern, attractively furnished, comfortable bedding. Photos and description are accurate so no surprises except pleasant ones, like toiletries, condiments and coffee. The location was perfect, within walking distance of several amenities — restaurants, groceries, coffee shop and a fabulous donut shop right on the corner!
