Things to Know Free WiFi Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This property and location are great. The only negative is a 4 pm check--in time. It used to be 1, then 2, then 3 and is now 4. By the time you get the key and move in, you pretty much have lost a whole day of a precious vacation.

It does have an air conditioner in the bed room but it is down too low and blocked by the bed. Nice place overall...

This was a nice place to stay, the property was in a great location. The pool was nice to have after a hot day at the beach.

I was called on my way in and informed that maintenance was working on the sofa bed. I asked when I checked in if it was fixed and they had no idea. I got to the property and the sofa bed was stuck halfway out/in. The dirty linens from the previous tenant were in a bag outside the room and were never picked up at all during my stay. There was a bra left from the previous tenant in the bedroom and there were several dishes that had dried food stuck to them put back it the cabinets. This was all reported and the Friday before I was ready to leave a maintenance guy showed up, opened the door without knocking and came in, looked again at the sofa bed, apologized for coming because he was told i had checked out and never returned to fix the sofa bed, nor was I ever called by anyone to explain what they were planning on doing to correct ANYTHING. I requested a partial refund at least 5 times and was told they would escalate it and have someone call me, I never received any calls or any type of partial refund for the dirty conditions and the sofa that was completely unusable for the entire stay. I would not recommend.
