This cozy centrally located house offers 2 bedroom, 1 washroom and large patio with an amazing mountain views. The parking is free for up to 6 vehicles and the house is surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants and shopping plaza within the walking distance. we are located just 20 minutes drive from downtown Vancouver and within 10 minutes drive to the beach and Mt. Seymour & Cypress Mountain. We have the option to add an additional 1 bedroom suite to accommodate bigger group. Please ask for details.

The property was close to our other family in N. Vancouver and accommodated us in comfort. The location is quiet and close to amenities, grocery, transportation options. We had a small glitch with a breaker popping that was easily fixed (but the panel is located in the other apartment) Luckily the manager was nearby.

Beds need mattress toppers unless you like sleeping on a bed harder than the floor. Also, thermostat is shared with downstairs rental--2 fans were provided for each room though. Other than those 2 issues it was fantastic. Would definitely rent again, would just bring a mattress topper with me.

Located across the street from Moja Coffee, tucked away in industrial area. Good amount of space , very nice stay. Exactly what we thought we were renting.

We had a great and quick 2 nights here. We loved being right across the street form MOJA coffee and close to all amenities as well as easy access to the highway.

We had a great experience here! The house was clean and had pretty much anything we could need. Plenty of space for three of us to stay comfortably, and the drive into downtown was quick. We felt super safe, which was great as we were a bit worried before the trip as the house isn’t in a residential area

It was good experience. Following things make it excellent. Cleanx box Toilet flush was not working properly There were hair on the bed sheets and pillows.

The mattresses were extra firm. The price point matched the property. It was nice that a Tim Horton was just across the street.

It is tucked away in a commercial area but there was a coffee place across the street. There was a Tim Horton's a little over a block away and 2 pubs 2 blocks away. It is a 3 minute jump on Highway 1. There is a grocery store less than 5 blocks away. It is 10 minutes downtown. It is not scenic but it is a great spot to relax after a day of site seeing. The common area of the apartment is nice for 4 people to relax and make dinner for a night in. We enjoyed our stay!

Clean and good price for 4 adults to stay for a couple days. Nice to have a kitchen and TV and the place to ourselves. Coffee shop across the street was cute. Only complaint is the beds were very uncomfortable. One was hard as a rock and the other was slightly better but lumpy. Thanks for the stay Mark

The Positives: 5 minute drive to PNE. Nice size for family of 4. Clean. Kitchen has everything you need for dishes and utensils. Roku TV with Netflix account already set up. Popular coffee shop across the street. What we see as Negative: Sketchy neighborhood more industrial. We didn't feel comfortable leaving windows accessible by the deck open while we were gone or overnight. No air conditioning. We were there in Aug and we were very hot our entire stay. There were fans in the bedrooms but they could only do so much. Beds were quite hard. Some people love hard beds but our backs were very sore. No condiments besides salt and pepper. Most other VRBOs I have stayed in supply basics like oil, mustard, ketchup, etc so all you have to buy is food. Be aware it is a steep flight of stairs to climb to the apartment if you are mobility challanged. Things to improve: add a air conditioning unit for the hot days of summer or at least another fan in the livingroom. Supply basics condiments. Bed toppers? Some people do like super hard beds so that's a tough one. Overall, it was wonderful being so close to the PNE since that was our destination. I would definately reccomend this place to tourist families wanting to be close to the action.

Great clean place to stay. Had Wi-Fi and a big smart-tv. Only has streaming for tv. I watched Netflix and YouTube. no local channels. Lots of kitchen utensils and stuff to cook with. Water is very hot at 160 degrees. Yes, I bought a cooking thermometer to find out how hot it really was. So be careful when using the hot water. Nice towels, not the cheap thin ones. Within walking distance to fast food and department store.

Tidy 2 BR / 1BR apartment on 2nd floor. In a semi-industrial area but cool coffee shop/bakery across the street and a nice brew pub nearby. Easy to get to Vancouver.

The immediate area seemed a bit off-putting when we arrived as it is mainly commercial - but very convenient for buses to Vancouver, Grouse Mountain, Deep Cove and more. Great coffee shop across the road (Close enough to use the appartment's wifi!). Comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again.

Bien, cuisine bien équipée. Accueil facile et simple. Lits confortables. Buandrie accessible avec savon inclus. Petite salle de bain. Divan lit à nettoyer lorsque utilisé en lit. Quartier non bruyant et près des transports en commun.

Property was perfect for my party of 3. Dedicated parking in front of property, great area with lots of quick food options. This also seems like it would be a great option for a family. The property owner was efficient in his communications. The only warning I’d advise is that this may not be the best property during the few really hot weekends or the year. They have stand up fans you can use but no AC. Not a problem for the other 85% of the year.
