This was a nice clean property in a great location. We loved 3 full bathrooms! It would have been nice to have a few more chairs in the living room and towel hooks in the bathroom, other than that it was great!

The looks well put together. Unfortunately, items are breaking down, getting worn, and longer term maintenance is not happening

House was very clean and in a good location between the piers. The noise from Balboa Blvd and upstairs neighbors walking around was a bit much. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of towels. Four of the bikes didn’t work (flat tubes, tires rubbing on rails) which was disappointing. Overall we were pleased and felt it was quite nice.

Was not luxury . 1 bike out of 5 ready to ride . Interior needs painting . Kitchen cabinets cheap need attention. false advertising using the word luxury. Not enough trash bags had to reuse them . # full baths no towel bars at all . Parking space very very small.

Amazing!
This is a dream property! So close to the beach and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay. There is a wagon, beach chairs, bikes, beach toys for the kids. The entire property is beautiful and so comfortable. We felt at home right away. Highly recommend this rental if visiting the area. We had an amazing time and will rent this in the future!

Loved the home, clean, well equipped, comfortable. Arrived a little early and I was not allowed to check in NOT even one minute early. Never received a code for door had to call for it after waiting 45 minutes to check in, at exactly 4:00. I thought that this was a little too strict. Upstairs tenants stomped on the floors all morning, day and night and complained when we sang happy birthday at 9:30pm. The tenant also parked so close to my car I had to crawl in through passenger door. Smoke alarm went off Monday 3am and went all night long.
House was nice though and we had a great time.

We made it work by using our own travel blankets and a few throw blankets we found in the house and pillows from other beds. Other than the bed situation it was great. I would highly recommend this property.

We loved this property and would stay here again! Location was great! Bikes and boogie boards were a huge hit. The beds were super comfortable. Great location! We had problems with the locks working. It never really got resolved, but that’s ok. They gave us a key to use instead.

Amazing location for couples or family trip to Newport Beach!
My husband and I traveled with another couple to this property and absolutely loved it! The location is exactly in between Newport Pier and Balboa Pier, which are easy bike rides away and have boardwalk access. We used the bikes every single day, spent most nights on the rooftop (not a beach view, but still cool) and cooked a few meals in the kitchen. The house came with pretty much everything we need and felt very homey from the minute we walked in. We knew that we wouldn't spend a ton of time at home because there is so much to do in Newport, but we were still so thankful to have invested in a cozy place to stay. The only negatives were that the guest bedroom upstairs is a little tight (not much room for suitcases), there is no full length mirror in the house, the toiletry products were sub-par (make sure to bring your own) and there were not many bath towels. Other than those few small things, it was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend to couples or a family traveling to Newport Beach!

The garage was full of bicycles, beach chairs and boogie boards (6 each) a rolling cooler, umbrellas, just about anything you could want. Its close to the beach and halfway between the Newport and Balboa piers. great location. The kitchen could have used a few more glasses, especially wine glasses. It is perfect for two couples as there are essentially two master BR suites with en-suite baths. The downstairs bedroom (single over double bunk) is not ideal for a couple but great for kids and it has its own bath as well. We would happily rent this again, but with two couples.

This property was fantastic! Exactly as pictured, the property was spacious and clean with updated kitchen and bathrooms. The location was great - 2 block walk to the beach. 10 minute walk to coffee/donuts/bonzai bowls and 5 minute drive to the grocery store. Despite being on the main avenue, we found the apartment to be quiet - all bedrooms are also in the back of the house, away from the main street. The garage was a treasure trove of surf boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc - anything you might need.
Turnkey was a dream to deal with - organized, proactive, responsive. We had an issue with the AC upstair and they sent someone immediately. The check-in process was easy with a key code sent for the electronic lock.
Only slight negatives:
While Turnkey sent someone to look at the AC upstairs, it never really worked well in the master bedroom. It was arctic downstairs, but still warm in the master. Luckily, a fan was provided and helped a bit.
The roof deck was cool, but inconveniently located, and without a sun shade, was too hot to be enjoyable for most of the day.
Because it's a first floor unit facing the street, you really need to keep the downstairs curtains closed all the time if you want privacy. Still pleasant and light with curtains closed.
The parking is tight, but it was nice to have the one space, and we didn't have any problem finding additional parking nearby on the street for our second car.
Overall, I would highly recommend this property and this rental agency and would definitely consider returning.
