We went home as my husband found it hard as he is disabled and can’t walk that far and it said you wasn’t aloud to park

Cold

It didn’t look like the pictures, cold, no bedding, and we looked at the description again and couldn’t see that it said you needed to take your own bedding.

Holiday ruined by Booking.com

Not relevant to the unit at all as we didn't stay in. Booking.com "double-booked" the unit and someone was already in the unit.

Poor check-in instruction, unit double-booked.

The site was good. Would come back but not to that caravan. Was very small for 6 people. The bathroom was soo tiny and c

The beds were very uncomfortable. Could do with new mattress. Pity the beds which I paid for weren’t made up as requested. Had to miss the first night’s entertainment as had to wait for the bedding which eventually arrived at 7pm. The fridge and bathroom could of done with a good clean.

Location and pet friendly site lot’s of wildlife and peaceful. Other guests were Friendly and respectful

Dissapointed kids at £20 a swim and caravan needs some tlc

There were games to play with in the cupboard The caravan is generously spaced location is nice if you were paying for the park pass

Gas hob , loose dial which meant we couldn’t turn it off for a good 10 minutes No linen for bedding provided and can’t see anywhere that it says this. had to sleep on our clothes. Day pass prices need detailing. over £20 each for a day pass so pictures of swimming are misleading (and the reason we booked). We were aware it was extra money but not £20! Not even allowed in to entertainment without purchasing day pass. Averagely clean. Milk left but opened? Cigarette packet in bin. someone’s toothbrush and toothpaste here! oh also oven doesn’t appear to actually cook. left garlic break in for maybe 40 mins and it got a little warm!

Waste of time ....expected more

The location was clean and tidy with on site facilities available at an extra cost though ....

Caravan was ok ..tired and dated though..No love to it .... No loo roll on arrival ..expected basic essentials like that in there with what i paid ... No kitchen blind ...had to put a make shift one up Arrived to mud on the carpet..could tell it hadnt been cleaned before our arrival... No park passes included ..needed to pay extra at a cost of £28 each !!! We wasnt there long enough to use them so that didnt allow us in the onsite clubhouse so nothing to do at night ...had to drive back out which wasnt good.. Dont be fooled as it shows on booking.com that facilities are included but theres nothing included...your literally getting the caravan...

Could have been better.

The property was well equipped and the bedding and towels were clean. It was great to be able to take our dog away for a family weekend break. The site was great with lots to do.

The caravan could have been cleaner. I appreciate that pets were allowed but for the oven to still have pepperoni and cheese stuck to the bottom was not what we expected. There were no lights in the lounge (in fact, no bulb in the light). We had to borrow a bulb from the spare bedroom. The Rolling Stones light was disconnected and the connection looked as though it had melted. Having managed to get it back together (finding it under on of the seat cushions) it kept intimitently turning off.and on - a bit worrying.

good but could of been better in the caravan

I liked the caravan decor

I didn’t like that the inside of the oven wasn’t cleaned or that the toilet was dirty the rock & roll light wasn’t connected properly & it was flickering till non existent the light didn’t work in the hall & the gas ran out on the 2nd day as the bottle had ran out that was changed over after contact with the owner

It was our first holiday in England. Definitely not a bad one, we will plan better next time

The facilities were good and in working order

There was no breakfast as stated, no recreational facilities location was far from city center and we had difficulties getting a taxi from the residence

Great stay

Perfect caravan everything you need, wish we could've stopped there longer. It is kept lovely. Perfect home from home place

Went to close curtain and curtain fell down couldn't get it back up but thats nothing to worry about
