The Space: This wonderful 4-bedroom home has three levels: The main level has a sitting room with a fold down futon, half bath, an eat-in kitchen overlooking the living room, and a lovely patio with BBQ grill that overlooks beautiful Ocean Beach. Upstairs you'll find a bedroom with a bunk bed, another huge outdoor patio with stunning views, a full bathroom, and a massive master bedroom with its own outdoor seating area. The bottom level has 2 separate queen bedrooms, another full bedroom, and laundry room. This level opens up to a spacious backyard where CornHole is included! Guest Access: The check-in process is completely contactless. All check-in information, including a door code, will be sent 3 days prior to your arrival via the Airbnb App. The Neighborhood: OB is the hippest and most "neighborly" of San Diego's beach communities. There is nothing quite like the non-corporate lifestyle of Ocean Beach. The locals here love OB for its eclectic community that supports a range of wonderful small shops, restaurants, bars and coffee houses. You will find some of the best food, drink and shopping in the local area. All of OB is accessible on foot from this location. So enjoy and take it all in! Getting Around: Rental bikes and scooters are plentiful for rent by the hour/day/week. Uber/Lyft are very active in San Diego and the assigned parking guarantees that you will always have parking should you venture out into greater San Diego. Loved the home. Very quiet neighborhood - walking distance to the water (a long walk but still...) My one comment would be that the kitchen is not set up for cooking/eating for a large-ish group. Good for a bachelor and does not match the size of the home. Otherwise, very nice and comfortable.

My family was attending a nephew’s graduation from Marine Boot Camp. This house was perfect for 2 families. We had 2 couples, 2 adult children and 1 teenager. The three-story set up was perfect. The kitchen-family room area was a great gathering spot when we had another family join us for dinner one evening. The deck with ocean view was beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet and safe with on street parking. It was short driving distance to many restaurants and attractions. Would 100% stay here again. I also recommend the house for anyone who needs space for a bigger family or multi family set-up.

great seperate levels, kitchen needs more pots and pans. There was 1. All the switches are uoside down. Being an older house need to be prepared for the stairs, they are smaller so dont fall down the stairs. Views are great at night, also being that close to flight path of airport. Communication with property manager is great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay here! The house is located a few blocks from the OB coastal walking path, and being slightly up a hill, has spectacular views of the ocean. We enjoyed morning coffee on one balcony taking in views of the coastline and bay. Afternoons were spent lounging on the comfy main patio, enjoying the sun, ocean sounds, and seabirds (and even wild parrots). And oh, what incredible orange-scarlet sunsets we saw from the main patio and the top floor balcony. The surrounding neighborhood, though densely populated, is peaceful with friendly neighbors. It is a convenient “base camp” to explore SD, and OB is a lively community with many outstanding restaurants within blocks. It is quite dog-friendly, as is the property, which has a completely fenced yard. The house was immaculate with wood floors easy to keep clean. The modern kitchen was well stocked, with all appliances in great working order. The A/C was welcome, even with the presence of sea breezes. Beds were very comfortable. The three separate floors provided comfortable hang-out spaces. The property would not be ideal for people who struggle with stairs, though. We encountered no issues that required communication with the owner/property manager. We were pleased with their clear communication prior to our arrival, and their simple departure instructions. We loved everything about our stay and would most definitely rent this property again if we were coming to the San Diego area.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood with great views from ample outdoor space. Short drive to all the fun that Ocean Beach has to offer, just far enough that there’s no traffic, noise, etc. House itself is adorable with all the necessities.

Stayed for 4 days/3 nights with my daughter, to visit my son who is at Balboa Navy Hospital in a Psychiatry Residency program. Great location, really clean. Able to entertain my son and his girlfriend who are outgrowing their small apartment. Enjoyed OB!

This house was perfect!!!! Just stayed a week with my husband and teenage kids. The views of OB were amazing. Owners have done a fabulous job with having this house clean and stocked with everything you could need!!! Would definitely rent this property again when we visit SD.

We enjoyed our stay in this luxurious home. Our group had different favorites: quality linens, huge walk in closet, front yard landscaping, elegant dining room and kitchen, separate bar adjacent to the kitchen. All these features and more helped us relax and enjoy our vacation.

The view sells this place! The inside is a beautiful house; three of the bedrooms are large and very comfortable. The location of this house is excellent; the beach is within walking distance and there are tons of restaurants and stores nearby. It has a nice deck on the main level that you can really enjoy the views. The manager in charge was very accommodating and prompt in responding to our inquiries. We really enjoyed our stay! The only minor issue was the AC noise for the lowest level bedrooms.
