Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food and drink was good quality and fairly priced.
The Health suite was also excellent.
The window was difficult to open and I was reluctant to force it in case I broke one of the single glazed windows. However the receptionist came up to help which was very accommodationg.

We weren’t told of a wedding when booking ,
Music and noise until 1am , paper towels and drink bottles in corridors
We are no party poopers but like to relax after a busy day
