Good location for us on our travel to Scotland.
Lovely staff, great breakfast, very good swimming pool.
We stay at this hotel regularly, and will continue to do so because overall it is very good. On our last visit however, the pillows in our twin room were very much in need of replacement. The pillow cases were freshly laundered, but the pillows themselves were obviously well used and were smelly. I reported this to the lovely reception staff, and they apologised and said they would report this to housekeeping.

Ran out of Breakfast items by 9.45 !
Staff where lovely but need training
at reception the night Porter didn’t know where our rooms where or time of breakfast and behind the bar very inexperienced
We weren’t told of a wedding when booking ,
Music and noise until 1am , paper towels and drink bottles in corridors
We are no party poopers but like to relax after a busy day
Cleaner hoovering and banging doors at 07.30 on Sunday Morning not good enough really
