I wouldn't rent this apartment, if I would see the whole house and the stairs.

The apartmen itself was quite fine, the location is also very good, near the bus and groceries.

- the stairs to the apartment are in terrible state and they are very loud - neighbours have problems with the loud stairs, we've had a visit from neighbours already after 10 minutes, because of loudly stairs. The owner told us, we can ignore it, because the lady is sick, but she was screaming at us, that we should be quiet. Our son was frightened by her and the owner ignored it. Owner didn't care about the situation, because apparently the lady should move out within 1 month. In this case, the apartment shouldn't be rented out for 1 month, only after the problem with the lady is solved! - the door to the bathroom was not working properly and couldn't be closed completely - outside of the house looks also very bad, the photos don't show the actual state of the house, only the nicer parts

Very good

The space, equipment (washing machine and dryer), separate kitchen. Clean building and apartment. Spacious bathroom.

Very hot in the summer (heat wave), noisy if windows opened. The bathroom door needs fixing, the bed in the living room is ok for the kids (uncomfortable for adults).

The bed was a bit small. Not comfortable for two people.

Comfortable apartment for family and the neat arrangements made by the host.

Locating the exact building was a bit of challenge. The locals helped.

Very good

The room is spacious, as seen in the photos. Fully equipped with everything you need for the apartment. There is a small shopping centre at the corner which gas both Aldi and Coop. The tram stop is just opposite the building. We use complimentary visitor cards for the tram to go to Lucerne city, which is very convenient. The parking is just in front of the building and very easy to park. PS: There are no bowls in the kitchen if you could provide a couple noodle bowls. It would be nice🙂. The 3rd bed in the living room comes with wheels so you have to be very careful when getting as you might slip.

the apartment is sufficiently equipped with all one can need

the bed pallets kept sliding off the frame. we had to manually fix it almost everyday of the stay. the holder in the bathroom also is not screwed in well

Perfect for family

Great and cosy place! Bedroom separated by a door, spacious bathroom, well equipped kitchen and parking spot in front of entrance. There were toys, paper and pencils for little ones. You can see a mountain through kitchen window. Nice!

Very close to public transport. Very complete in terms of utilities.

Blankets of the bed could be a bit bigger.

We had a great time

Friendly host and this house has almost everything for a a good vacation. WiFi service helped a lot when we are outside.

If we had Microwave, it would have helped more to warm the food

Exceptional Stay

Superb hospitality and comfortable apartment. About 15-20 mins away from Lucern station and has good bus connectivity. Location is very close to bus stop and next to shopee center. Host is super awesome was available just a call/text away be it for any query or help. Must recommended to enjoy most amazing stay !

Missed the microwave and elevator but manigible.
