Great location, close to the city center, the subway and the Neue Nationalgalerie. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice but what I appreciated most was Anastasia. She was genuinely kind, attentive and caring with the guests and you could really see that she enjoys what she does. She made our stay feel much more personal.
I had made an earlier reservation and paid a deposit of over €60. When the next payment could not be processed from my card, the reservation was cancelled without any warning or chance to fix the payment issue.

I really liked the location of the hotel , it’s like 20 min away with car from the middle of Berlin and the employees were super nice and friendly specially Steven he was very helpful and friendly! For its price and location it was worth every penny 😍
The parking place was actually so bad agoing down to the parking lot was very hard and our car got scratched while going down there… the toilet of the room had a bad smell even though no one used it it had a bad smell from the first. I recommend you to get a pillow just in case you don’t like the pillows here because we all had a hard time trying to sleep with those pillows 😔.

The location was ideal. Within walking distance of the Tier Garten, good restaurants and the Philharmonic and the buses. The room was spacious. Complimentary water. Snacks in the room (and beers and soft drinks) which could be put to the final bill. Plus, the hotel is situated on a cul de sac. Very quiet property.
No complaints. My new home away from home is The Fjord Hotel when I'm in Berlin. And I am in Berlin many times during the year.
