The apartment is well located in Berlin Mitte and close to two metro lines. The furniture and the equipment provided are adequate for a short stay. All was quite clean and well maintained.
For the first two nights, I had no curtains on the two big windows of the one-oom apartment. There was a lot of communication with the host service to arrange this issue and not always very clear, but eventually the issue got solved. The washbasin in the bathroom is very small.

Clean, nice, cozy, easy to find and overall a super good experience, cool apartment but rather fro 3 people not 4.
Hot and a bit weird to look at a garbage company out the back window but didn’t smell ä!

Perfect location, clean, silent. Clear and timely instructions for finding and entering property. There was everything you need for your stay.
There was strange sound from the radiators in the bedroom which made it challenging sleep.

Location is good and beds were very comfortable. It is a good size apartment also and bathrooms were newly renovated and modern.
It looked like the apartment has been flooded recently, as stains on walls and roof suggested water has been running down them. Added to this part of the sitting room floor was lifting. I paid for a late checkout (€40 for 2 extra hours) and cleaners came early and told us we should have been out at 10am. There is also no where to put your luggage meaning early arrivals and late departures are problematic and you have to find somewhere else to store your luggage.
