For anyone wishing to visit downtown Toronto, this apartment is ideal; it is very well located, and communication with the owner is very quick. Although the building is huge, the check-in and check-out instructions are very clear, and the staff is very helpful. It offers a lovely view of the lake and is very clean and well-equipped. Having parking included is a plus.
There wasn't anything I didn't like. The only thing I would point out is that I got lost in the garage when trying to get up to the apartment; perhaps I would suggest putting up a sign indicating where the elevator to the apartment is located.

Large windows with a breathtaking look at Lake Ontario and the Toronto skyline to enjoy and share a great time. In addition, everything we wanted to see in the city was within walking distance.

Location, nice view.
Dirty, smelled like cigarettes, poorly maintained. Pillows smelled like sweat.
