Two additional bedrooms complete the second floor for your guests that share the third full bathroom. One bedroom includes a queen size bed with twin pull out trundle and walk in closet, and the other bedroom a queen bed. The loft area has its own 65” Smart TV, Bose streaming audio, Xbox game system and Verizon cable and high-speed Wi-Fi, that is available throughout the house. During the in-season, the fitness and pool facilities are closed to renters on Saturdays. IMPORTANT NOTES: The Peninsula requires submission of the Gatehouse Registration Form 10 days prior to rental start.
