Syrah; An ideal place to call home during your next trip to wine country, this contemporary bungalow features an open floor plan, plush furnishings, and California-style design. Natural light pours in through large windows and french doors, contributing to the home’s already bright and crisp ambiance. Outside, a roomy deck with loungers and an infinity pool invite your group to hang out and each other’s company, wine glass in hand. Cheers! Chardonnay; This home was featured on the Emmy award-winning TV show, Staycation! This ultra-sleek and modern home invites you to visit wine country in style. Inside, you’ll find bright interiors, contemporary furnishings, and fun touches including a billiards table to keep the group entertained. Head out to the deck where you’ll find an infinity pool overlooking the surrounding vistas, al fresco dining for gatherings with friends, and overheard string lights for when the sun goes down and the wine comes out. Home Truths: - The maximum occupancy for this home is 20. - The maximum number of cars that can park on site is 8. - Please note that quiet hours are between 9pm and 7am. - Please note that no outdoor amplified sound is allowed at this home. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - These homes are available to be rented out individually. - Please note that pool heat is not available between May and September. - Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. - Due to the extreme risk of wildfires in this area all outdoor burning and smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations will be fined per our House Rules. - Please keep exterior noise to a minimum. Amplified music is not allowed outdoors. - Be aware that wildlife like insects and snakes may be present around this property. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but we recommend keeping the doors & windows closed during your stay. - Please note, the road leading up to the home is one lane and rather windy. Please watch speed and drive carefully. - Please be aware that there are connectivity issues with the Wifi due to the location of this home. This home is on satellite wifi so it may run slow when too many devices are using the network at once. - AC temperature should not be set below 72 degrees for extended periods of time so as to prevent HVAC maintenance issues. - Please note that a roadside vegetation management project is set to start on September 18 (lasting roughly 4-6 weeks). It will start at Brazil Street and will continue up the road to the lower Birch gate, which will include The Loop. Please NOTE: The work will take place roughly 5-6 days during each week, weather permitting. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. Parking Details: No more than 4 cars can fit on each driveway. The garages are not available for guest use. There is absolutely no parking on the street. It obstructs the path of cars should there be an emergency. --- Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud. Beautiful property with really nice outdoor space/swimming pool. The kitchen/living area was very spacious. We rented both Chardonnay and Syrah, which gave us a lot of space for our group.
