Missed my flight and booked into L'Etoile at the last minute. Right next to the airport. Complete lovely charming couple running the hotel. Delicious supper and breakfast. They couldn't have been nicer

Due to a flight cancellation, we had to arrange a hotel rather quickly. This hotel although only starred as a 2 should really be a 3. Within walking distance from the airport. The rooms are exceptionally clean, with everything you require. The lady on reception was lovely, and the evening meal was very tasty. The breakfast was a continental but quite sufficient.
My only small criticism is our room was quite small but I'm sure if we were staying longer than one night, they would accommodate us by giving us a larger room.

I caught a bus from the train station which was only 1.20€ and very convenient. Aldi is across the road to pick up snacks. It was only a ten minute walk to the airport.
Even though other reviews stated a free transport to the airport, they now charge 15/20€. The bedroom is due for some redecoration
