They charged more than $100 than what the listing shows. This property is listed in VRBO giving a feeling that is a private home but it's a hotel. They charge cleaning fees but don't clean or provide fresh towels. The parking is 4 blocks away, like 15 minutes walk across two streets in a parking lot behind a shopping complex. The swimming pool is only 7 feet wide and looks like a large crowded tub, you can just walk in there. AVOID this place

The property was beautiful. They are right near the marina. We were upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom without an extra charge. The on-site restaurant was delicious. My only complaint was limited parking. We had to park across the street.

Love Tahoe, and the price was right. But a couple of small things need work. The TV is blurry and not a good selection of channels. The WiFi is way to slow, and sometimes no internet at all. The air conditioner has a thermostat, but never truly cooled very well. The goods were the location!!

VacayStay is a totally messed up organization. Unresponsive, lost the reservation, non-responsive to me and the resort who worked hard to salvage a very bad situation. VacayStay is a company to stay away from if you value your vacation time.

The property was great and most of the people were great. When we arrived they had checked us into a room that was already occupied so when we went back to the registration counter and they didn't seem to care that happened and they took quite a long time trying to find us another room. They didn't even offer to help with our bags that we had carried down there twice already, and then when we did get assigned another room it had a constant loud noise. They said that it wouldn't last long and it would shut off. When we arrived back to the room around 10:30pm the noise was still there. After calling and waiting for about 25 min, maintenance showed up and said "ya that is loud". It was the industrial dryers that they said they run all night. So finally around 11:45 they found us another room but the guy at the front desk seemed annoyed with me for bringing up the loud noise. As for Tahoe , its always a beautiful place and never a let down. As for Lake Tahoe Vacation Rentals, all they wanted to do was try and push a timeshare on us...

We had a great stay in South lake Tahoe here! There's a free shuttle that picks you up right out front and takes you to the slopes to ski! Very convenient. The hotel itself had lots to do (pool, restaurants, bar, fire pits) which made it an awesome spot for families. The kitchenette was great for bringing food, and the beds were super comfy. Very happy with our stay!

Property right on Lake Tahoe walking distance to everything you'll need and 1 mile to casinos. Had dinner first night at Riva Grill On the Lake then off to Harrah's for FUN,. Next day breakfast at IHOP, off to Zephyr Cove for cruise on Ms. Dixie II across the lake to Emerald Bay lunch and drinks aboard boat, then massage at A Massage For All Seasons then dinner at Scusa Italian Ristorante, then off to Harvey's for more FUN. Next morning breakfast at Denny's then drivr home
