Not what I booked on booking.com
The unit all in all was nice and clean. I just wish I received what I booked.
The unit was not the one I reserved on booking.com. I booked a 3 bed full kitchen unit. When I got there, it was a 2 bed mini fridge room. I had a cooler full of food so I could cook on our stay. I had to put 1/3 of our food and drinks in a cooler with ice because it didn't fit.

Great and cozy place, unfortunately too small bed in the bedroom
Good location, nearby CVS and Whole Foods, lots of cafe and gift shops. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi is a great bonus. The Appartment was clean and cozy. Sofa-bed in the living room very useful for family with kids. A lot of dishwasher detergent, liquid, towels etc... It's very nice and hospitably.
Unfortunately bed in the bedroom was very small for two adults, just 150cm. The space in the room enough to put the bigger bed. Needs more tableware (forks, spoons) for family with two kids.

Will not stay again
Location
Vacasa did not give us a working code and even after calling them after arrival they were unable to give us a working code after resetting it. No staff on site even though their off site manager Katy said Tyler should have been there until 12am. We tried to check in at 10pm. We had to get assistance from a security guard named Jeremy who was so great, but couldn’t really do anything to help. Finally after reaching Katy we were able to get Tyler back on site to give us a physical key to get it. We did not get into our room until 1:45 am and Vacasa has done nothing to compensate us for this. I had small kids in the car and snow from 10pm-1:45am.

BOOKER, BEWARE
UNDERGROUND PARKING If you pay for a studio there is underground parking so you do not have to deal with a snowed in car.
BOOKER, BEWARE OF SURCHARGES First of all, the price that is advertised does not show the actual charges that you will incur. I ended up paying 50% more due to their "cleaning fee" and other surcharges applicable to places that are not regular hotels. The way the website is structured misguides the customer and the price advertised is not what you end up paying. Make sure that you read how much you are going to pay before you hit accept, because the over $100 that you will pay for "cleaning fee" is ridiculous. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: LESS BANG FOR YOUR BUCK In a hotel you usually check in at 3 and check out at 11. These Vacasa people rip you off by setting up check-in at 4 PM and check-out at 10 AM. They try to force you into installing their app to "pay extra" for a late check-out. A late check-out is usually a courtesy extended by a hotel that you can't dream of having here. By the time you manage to receive the late check-out option email, the link is not working. Their links on emails NEVER work. They want you to use their app for everything. OLD FACILITY, CODE INSTEAD OF KEY The facility is really old. The studio itself was decent but the elevators, coded doors, and other facilities are hit or miss. You don't feel like you're getting a good value when you have to enter an endless code in the door to be let in your room, the codes don't work and you have to see the front desk for a regular key, and the code stops working the first time you open the door on your last day. The building needs to be updated. THE STUDIO: DIRTY UTENSILS, OLD MATTRESS (Studio 126) The studio looks really pretty... until you try to cook something using their pots, pans, and utensils. There is no standard for cleanliness. If I am charged over $100 I would expect to have clean kitchen utensils. Sadly that was not the case. The bed needs a serious update. There was an actual hole in the mattress on one side where you would sink in.
