Clean budget room in a central location

Very good location for a budget price. Easy to get around. Room had a bottle of red wine and a variety of chocolates which was a nice touch microwave and fridge in the room useful also. Bed was comfortable too. A young man working at a hotel is very polite and helpful. Hope to visit again. Thank you!

Everything is nearby especially the public transportation. You can get buses within 0.2-0.3 miles and bart station in 1 miles. No worries about travel option and restaurants there are enough options from the stay. Had an amazing time in Calista and their hospitality.

Not worth it. Not enough savings to justify the lack of quality.

Hot water worked. Price and location are fine. Good to have a fridge and microwave. Pillows. Elevator worked. This is more like a cheap apartment. VERY small, can hardly turn around.

Paint falling offf the wall. Shampoo bottles were like in a public restroom, half filled with water and on the floor because the shower shelf is broken off and not repaired. Bed was HORRIFIC! Huge pressed down hole in the middle. Very old from overuse. This is reason enough not to stay. I had to try to sleep on the top edge of the bed. It was quite loud from street noise, lots of smoke coming in the windows. Kind of a shady, blank corner. Hard to see from the road. It's not the tenderloin but I got an online deal at Holiday Inn a block away for about the same price and it's a different universe. The price is not low enough to justify the lack of care for the apartment/hotel room.

The location where it’s placed is perfect to go out and the staffs are very humble when there is a house keeping required. Most importantly the price comparatively very cheap as other hotels and clean. You have everything to do over here as a guest being treated better.

La ubicación, céntrico pero en un mal barrio

El mayor engaño de Booking es este hotel. Las fotografías no se corresponden con lo que nos encontramos: suciedad, sábanas sucias y rotas, frío, mal olor, ambiente turbio, sensación de inseguridad. Un completo horror. 0 comunicación, no hay recepción, no hay nada. Ningún utensilio de cocina tan básico como platos, vasos o cubiertos. Todo ello, en un barrio lleno de homeless, gente consumiendo fentalino y comercios sin vida que se ven obligados a cerrar a las 20:00 horas. El parking es de pago, solo se puede dejar el coche durante dos horas lo que hace que la estancia, fuera de la habitación, tampoco sea fácil. Nada nada NADA NADA recomendable.

ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE

I've been a booking user for over 10 years, and this was the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in, I had a reservation for 5 days. But stay only 1 night and leave the accommodation the next day. The place, in addition to being in terrible conditions, with stench, mold, dirty bedding and wet towels, was extremely unsafe. A cleaning employee commented that all the rooms were like this and some were even worse, in addition, he commented that the night before the room next door had been broken into and that the hotel did not change the passwords for the doors and there were incidents there almost every day. As I realized my health and safety were at risk, I looked for another accommodation, on Airbnb. I wasted a lot of time in the entire process, and I would like to at least have the hosting charge cancelled.

I had an amazing time. The staff were good and humble.

The location was good in the sense everything was nearby. So there is no much vehicle required to go for breakfast, lunch, dinner and resto bar. Everything is nearby and worth.

The property was in a very good area of SF. Everything I needed was within walking distance.

The property was secluded and the only way in and out was with a code to front door. Making my stay have a peace of mind knowing that people are not just able to get into the building!

If you want a non-hassle discrete, check-in full of great customer service and a safe facility

The experience was phenomenal so so I have broken down the experience by different segments and highlight the categories that were great to me. 1. Staff: The staff was very accommodating did whatever he could to keep me comfortable like such as towels in the middle of the night. They also gave me this cute goodie bag for being a VIP guest. Safety: for a self check in hotel, this hotel is pretty much very safe to me. I didn’t find very many stragglers. Most are staying there self checking there tons of people who weren’t linger around the premises because there’s nobody at the stop overall, the safety is key is also a great area in San Francisco right outside the tenderloin so or at least a few blocks away. Overall, I gave my stay at 10 out of 10 and I will go back many many many times over and over again as long as it was consistent. And on a little sidenote, hands-down, it’s the best place I’ve ever taken a shower. I love the showers. They’re phenomenal.

Tv plugs ripped out of wall, smelled bad, no heat, stained bedspread, no extra blankets, no staff in site, took one hour to get into our rooms late at night. We had two rooms reserved and we left after about half an hour.
